Christmas Playlist Day 15- Rocking Around The Christmas Tree
Hey Peeps,
I know I did a tag on Friday, but I really wanted to do this tag before it got too close to Christmas. Also I wanted to give the people who I have tagged a chance to get this post up in time for Christmas! A few weeks ago I was tagged by Ali from TheCuteLittleBeautyBlogger to do this tag. I was tree, planning on doing a post anyway on my Christmas tree but this tag seemed too good not to do. So on with the tag...
The Rules:
-Post a picture of your Christmas Tree
-Tell us if the tree is real or fake
-A few things about the decorations on the tree. Ex: I made this ornament three years ago, etc
-Tag other fellow Christmas celebrators in the post, and leave a link to their blog
-Please tell your readers who created the tag, and a link to their site. Here’s the link to Ali's blog: http://thecutelittlebeautyblog.wordpress.com/.
-Have fun and get in the Holiday spirit!
My tree is a fake tree but if I do say so myself, I think it looks quite realistic. I do really like real trees but my mum wont let us have one as the branches shred and make a huge mess. When I get my own house I am going to have a real tree every year. My sister and I decorated it this year and we went for a red theme. We have loads of cute red baubles; some plain red, shiny red, red with silver snowflakes and my favourite ones are the glittery red baubles. We also have quite a few home made decorations and my sister likes the little owls you can see in the pictures and I love the hand stitched one that says Merry Christmas. For the first year ever I decided to buy some classic red and green candy canes to hang on the tree. I saw this on someone's tree last year and thought it was such a cool yet simple idea so I decided to give it a go. I like being creative at Christmas and trying new things. I think my sister and I might have a go at making some decorations in the days leading up to Christmas as we have a few festive craft materials lying around! I tag Katie from Katie's World of Beauty, Sophie from Keep Calm Look Pretty, Millie from Hidden Beauty Blog, Brittney from True Vintage Love.

DeleteOhh I've never seen this tag before! Genius idea, but I don't have a tree :( Actually, I have a tiny Charlie Brown Christmas tree that's fake and has one giant red ball (like the movie) haha...but that's barely enough for an entire tag!
ReplyDeleteLoved reading this!
