Christmas Playlist Day 14-All I Want for Christmas is You
It is finally the weekend and we only have one more week at school. Thank goodness. I am so tired at the moment that I feel as though I am an iPhone running on only 10% battery. Anyhoo I thought today I would share with you the nail polishes I am going to be wearing on the days leading up to Christmas. I still haven't decided what nail polish I am going to wear on Christmas day. But it will probably one of these in this post. Christmas nail polishes are my favourite as they are all so sparkly, glittery and festive. All of these polishes, except one, have got some kind of sparkle or shimmer in them. YAY!
Nails Inc. Big Red Apple. I have mentioned this polish previously in another post, but wanted to talk about it again as I think this is the most classic 'Christmas' colour. This is more of a sleek, sophisticated Christmas look (unlike some of the very sparkly polishes coming up). It is just a gorgeous colour that looks great any time of year, but I only really tend to wear red around Christmas.
Nails Inc. Uptown Glamour. Gold glitter in a bottle is just like heaven for me at Christmas. What I like most about this polish is that it is an actual colour and not just a glitter you wear over another polish. So it is great on its own on all 10 fingers and also looks nice with a black or red accent nail. Sometimes I use this gold as an accent nail with other colours; it is just so versatile around Christmas.
Nails Inc. Eaton Mews. I mean if you had to pick a single nail polish that sums up Christmas it would be this one. It is a really festive dark red with loads of gold and red shimmery glitter running through. I doesn't get much better than that! I am going to go and paint my nails this colour this evening because just writing about it is getting me all excited.
Topshop Magpie. Surprise surprise this is not a Nails Inc. polish. I just want to clarify I am not sponsored by Nails Inc. (though I should be!) they are just my favourite nail polish brand. I love wearing this polish all year round, but it appears on my nails a lot around Christmas as it is just so pretty and festive. I love how the chunks of glitter are really big so it catches the light really well. Especially under all the cute Christmas lights that are up...
