October Favourites

Hey Peeps,

I know this is really late, but I wasn't planning on doing one but felt guilty as everyone else has done an October Favourites. I have always done them and it didn't feel right not to. Anyway enough waffling, it is only short but here are the products I have been loving this month.

First up is a new purchase for this month. I went Christmas shopping with my mum a few weeks ago and when I saw this brush, the Real Techniques Blush Brush, I knew I had to get it as I have been lusting over it for way too long. It is a really good size brush for me as some of them can be way to big or to small. This is just right! I like to use this for powder and blush as I find it works well as a multitasking brush. This is the first RT brush I have ever purchased and I know have a long list of them on my wish list!

Next up is the Bourjois Colour Boost in Fuchsia Libra. I bought these a while ago as a bit of an impulse buy and wasn't too sure if I would like it. But I love it; I love it so much it has made it into my favourites this month. The pigmentation is very good and has the consistency of a lip balm and leaves a really nice hydrating and glossy finish on the lips. They apply very smoothly and I never get that horrible sticky feeling on my lips. The packaging is super classy and reminds me of the Clique Chubby Sticks. I am very tempted to try more colours in this range.

Finally I have a bit of a weird favourite for you. I was given this body cream, Patisserie De Bain Sugared Violet Body Cream, as a gift. But isn't the body cream that I want to include as a favourite; it is in fact just the smell. The scent smells just like those sweets you used to get as a kid that were like little candy rings around bracelets and necklaces( I think they are called candy necklaces but I am not sure). The scent is called Sugared Violet and I have been sniffing it constantly. I even put the body cream on wrists and rub it in like perfume just so I can smell like candy. If you get a chance to smell it please do, and then tell me that you love it as much as I do so I don't sound like a weirdo!

That's it for this month... I told you it was only a small one. Next month I will be more organised with my monthly favourite; I promise. Let me know in the comments what products you have been loving this month and leave me a link to your monthly favourites post for October if you have done one, as I would love to read them!
