Toward the end of last Winter I picked up a couple of the No 7 Gel Polishes but haven't worn them much this year because they shades I bought were very autumnal and wintry. But now that September has come (and nearly gone), I thought it was time to whip these out again and get some more wear out of them.
The shade I am loving at the moment is Deep Wine and as the name suggests it is a deep reddy wine colour. In some lights it has a slight burgundy undertones which I think looks really nice. I was pleasantly surprised with this polish as on the nails it looks so glossy ( this photo doesn't really pick up on the glossiness) and probably didn't need a top coat but I used one anyway just out of habit. The packaging is very sleek and simple As far as the wear goes it lasts pretty well - it was still looking good on day 3 and by day 4 it had a couple of chips. But a girl can live with a couple of chips!

Overall I am very impressed with this nail polish and next time there is a No 7 offer on in boots, I'd give these nail polishes a whirl! In case you can't tell from the photo; I am so excited about Autumn and have been loving everything about it!
