Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick 107

So I've ditched my peachy pink lipsticks and nude glosses and am loving darker shades. To be honest I have been wanting to wear darker lipsticks since about the middle of August - but let's just keep that between you and me! For me, and every other beauty blogger, Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick in 107 is THE Autumn/Winter shade. 

Let start with the colour: a beautiful dark berry shade, that is not too dark or too plum, and that suits a lot of skintones  I picked up this lipstick last Christmas because every beauty blogger was talking about it. If I am completely honest I didn't like it at first because it is very matte and I just didn't like the way the matte finished looked on me. As a result it lacked my love and attention last Winter. But recently I have found a new way to wear it that I find looks so much better on me. Firstly I like to put a bit of Vaseline onto my lips and then I start by putting some of the product onto my finger and then rubbing that on my lips. For me this works better as the colour is a bit softer but it lasts for ages and I think it acts a bit like a stain. Also sometimes I will apply the colour straight from the bottle, pat it down and then put a gloss over the top. 

I will definitely be getting a lot of wear out of this over the next few months! Do you like the Kate Moss 107 lipstick?
