Favourite High Street Shop | #TeenBlogSeries

I am back with the next instalment of the Teen Blog Series, and today I wanted to share with you my favourite high street shop. Now, H&M has been one of my favourite shops for a long time, but recently New Look has really impressed me and I am particularity loving their new Autumn clothes at the moment. So for this post I am talking about some of my favourite new pieces in New Look at the moment.

Teen Bloggers Anouska Millar and Beth have decided to start a project called #TeenBlogSeries. Its aim is to bring together lots of the teens/young adults in the blogging community. For the next ten consecutive weeks, over 80 bloggers will be writing every Monday at 6:30pm about many different things, all beauty, lifestyle or fashion related. You can view everyone's posts by going to the hashtag on twitter "TeenBlogSeries". If you would like to get involved email: anouskateenblogger@googlemail.com.

BLACK RIBBED JUMPER £19.99// I think New Look do some great staples for each season and this jumper looks like the perfect staple item in my Autumn and Winter wardrobe. CHARCOAL AUTHENTIC FADED JEANS £22.99// I own quite a few blue and black jeans but am missing something like these faded grey ones, I love the whole faded look as it really edges up an outfit and I think would look great with even just a plain tee. PALE GREY OPEN DIAL WATCH £12.99// I own a pale pink watch which I love wearing as it is a neutral shade but not a white or too nude because they don't suit my skin tone. This grey watch looks like it would work well with any outfit as it is such a wearable watch for everyday. MONOCHROME STRIPE CREPE 3/4 LENGTH TOP £9.99// Like I mentioned before, this would be another great basic and for £9.99 you really can't go wrong, I can also see myself being able to wear this all year round by styling this differently. 3/4 sleeves are also very flattering, which is a big plus! BLACK CONTRAST SUEDE SIDE PANEL TOTE BAG £19.99// What you can't see from the image is that this bag has two poppers either side so you can clip them together when you want to create the slouchy shape as in the image above, or if you release the poppers it opens up as a winged tote bag, I have this bag for school and it is amazing because I can have the poppers closed so the bag is shaped better and then if my teacher gives me a folder to bring home I can just open the poppers and my bag is bigger! It is so amazingly versatile!

DARK PINK METAL QUILTED PURSE £9.99// New Look do some amazing accessories; in particular I really like their bags and purse. They are reasonably priced and very on trend... it's a win-win situation! This one is no exception and this shade is just so Autumnal. YELLOW BOBBLE STITCH JUMPER £19.99// Now yellow is not a colour that pops up in my wardrobe much, but this yellow pretty much sums up Autumn and I really really want to find a way to pull it off. I think I would need to use it for layering up as on it's own I may look like a kid dressed as a banana. They also have a few other shades which aren't as garish and so pretty for Autumn. Barry M have a shade very similar to this in their Autumn/Winter collection and it is really making me crave Autumn! BURGUNDY SHEARLING CUFF BOOTS £29.99// I don't have any shoes like this but I find burgundy suits me nicely and I think I would get so much wear out of them. Also I think they would help to make any outfit look really put together. BLACK FLORAL PRINT TEA DRESS £19.99// Isn't this dress just so adorable? Again I think it is a really versatile piece in an A/W wardrobe as it can be dressed up and dressed down. For example it would look really nice paired with a leather jacket and some heels for the evening or with the burgundy boots and the yellow jumper over the top to get that layering look!

I am loving the #TeenBlogSeries and can't wait for next week! If you are taking part leave your links below as I want to read as many of these posts as I can.
